Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Prepare and serve menu items, snacks, and beverages according to established procedures
- Accurately operate the point-of-sale system and process cash and card transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the concession stand and surrounding work areas
- Restock supplies, food items, and packaging materials as needed
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines
- Work collaboratively with team members to support efficient service during busy periods
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change
- Reliability, punctuality, and a team-oriented attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform routine physical tasks
- Willingness to follow instructions and learn standard operating procedures
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in food service, retail, or customer-facing roles
- Experience using a cash register or POS system
- Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices
