    Concession Stand Attendant
     
    Position Overview: The student concessions manager position provides the student-employee opportunities to develop hospitality and guest service related skills through customer interaction at CSP events on campus. The student concessions manager will engage fellow students, faculty, and visitors to improve the overall experience at CSP hosted events. 
     
    Essential Duties:
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and standards.
    • Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the concession stand area.
    • Restock supplies and inventory as needed throughout the shift.
    • Provide friendly and efficient customer service to all guests.
    • Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
    • Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
    • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
    Work Experience:
    • Previous experience in food service or concessions preferred but not required.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
    • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
    • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
    • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
    To be eligible to be a CSP student employee, one must:
    • Be enrolled and registered as a CSP student (PSEO students are not eligible).  
    • Have a United States social security number.*
    • Have proper identification as determined by Form I-9.
    • Be in good standing with CSP academic requirements and student accounts.
    • Have declared a major with CSP.
    • For summer employment, priority will be given to the student employees who are enrolled and registered in summer courses.
