JOB GOAL:To ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of the District's technology equipmentPERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:-Perform assembly, installation and configuration of computers, workstations, printers, and other equipment throughout the school district-Assist in diagnosing and resolving OS issues and other software-related installations and problems throughout the school district-Maintain and repair various models of Chromebooks-Setup, maintenance, repair and basic operation of Promethean Panels-Provide assistance to teachers, administrators and other staff as needed in each school-Support and repair Apple and Microsoft OS and Mac and Windows platform computers-Comply with and support all network and computer-related procedures and security systems-Performs other related duties as assigned.TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:Salary will be in accordance with the current KEOPA contract.ANNUAL EVALUATION:Performance of this job will be evaluated annually in accordance with NJ State law and the provisions of the Board's policy on evaluations.
