Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Job Duties

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues on computers, laptops, servers, and electronic devices
• Perform repairs, upgrades, and component replacements as needed
• Test equipment and verify functionality to meet quality standards
• Install, update, and configure operating systems and software
• Evaluate incoming technology for refurbishment, resale, or recycling
• Clean, sanitize, and prepare devices for resale
• Accurately document repairs, testing results, and inventory information
• Organize and manage refurbished equipment within the warehouse
• Assist with processing incoming and outgoing technology devices
• Follow quality control and data security procedures

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience Requirements

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting preferred
• Previous computer or electronics repair experience is a plus
• Ability to quickly learn technical processes and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable attendance and teamwork skills required

Physical Capabilities

• Lift, carry, and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
• Stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
• Perform repetitive hand and manual tasks
