Computer/tablet Repair Technician>M-F 8A-5P Temp to HirePay: $21hr. Job Overview:TNA is an industrial monitor supplier to customers such as Game Machine Manufacturer and Public Display Company.RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is returned product from customer’s production line and field.RMA staff is analyzing & repairing the RMA defects and delivering back to customers and reporting the repair log data to manager.
Job Duties: - Diagnose Issues including inspect, test and troubleshoot machines to identify problems.
- Perform Repairs including fix or replace faulty parts, wiring or hardware
- Log the inspection & repair data.
- Communicate with service parts team for spare parts
- Technical support for customers related with RMA
- Follow safety standards (5S - Sort, Set In Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain)
- Communications: Explain issues, repairs and maintenance needs to customer or team members
Qualification- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Mechanical/electrical aptitude
- Computer literacy (for testing software, updating logs, or using diagnostic tools)
- Required to pass a drug test.
- Physical stamina (standing, lifting, bending).
- Commitment to workplace safety and compliance with regulations.
- Legally authorized to work in USA
- Must be able to commute to the workplace daily without issue.
