This position is onsite in Glendale, Arizona.
Position Description
As a Computer Support Specialist, you'll be the trusted IT resource for multiple U-Haul Manufacturing and Assembly plants, providing both remote and onsite technical support. You'll work with the latest Windows and Microsoft technologies, deploy new hardware, troubleshoot complex issues, and help implement IT projects that improve productivity across our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Two (2) or more years of desktop support, technical support, or IT field support experience.
Strong working knowledge of:
Windows 11
Microsoft 365
Active Directory
Computer hardware troubleshooting
Printers and peripherals
Basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Experience supporting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and related hardware.
Experience working in manufacturing, warehouse, or multi-site support environments is a plus.
Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license with the ability to travel regularly between U-Haul Technical Center, Manufacturing, and Assembly plant locations.
Ability to work independently while managing a field support schedule.
