SCHEDULE: Temporary-to-Hire; Monday-Friday | 8:00am-4:30pm

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Troubleshoot laptop hardware and software issues, diagnose problems accurately, and perform repairs including component installation, replacement, and upgrades using precision hand tools.
  • Completely wipe laptops to default settings, reinstall operating systems, install additional software and components, and configure systems to meet quality and performance standards.
  • Clean, detail, and refurbish laptops meticulously to restore them to like-new condition, ensuring all cosmetic and functional aspects meet professional standards.
  • Package refurbished laptops with care and precision, using proper protection materials and professional packaging techniques to ensure products arrive in perfect condition.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Minimum of 1 year of hands-on computer repair and technician experience with demonstrated proficiency in hardware and software installation, troubleshooting, and system configuration.
  • Strong technical knowledge of laptop components, operating systems, BIOS, drivers, and the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues independently.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, a delicate touch when handling sensitive electronics, comfort using small hand tools and precision instruments, and a commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work independently and follow detailed procedures, take pride in refurbishment quality, and maintain a safe and organized work environment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS This position requires the ability to sit and stand for extended periods, use small hand tools with precision, and work with delicate electronic components. Fine motor skills, steady hands, and visual acuity are essential for detailed diagnostic and repair work.
