    Job Description:
    • Under limited supervision, monitors BPE/TPE transactions, all environmental, security, electrical & UPS systems. Checks the network systems to ensure statewide access. Works with vendors for hw/sw. Ensure all printed output is of high quality and defect free.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Significant experience as a Computer Operations Operator in a large data center.
    • Exp w/a Network Operations Center (NOC).
    • Exp w/production control.
    • Exp with distributed servers running AIX, Linux, and Windows.
    • Exp w/data center security, HVAC and electrical in a data center.
    • Exp w/Control-M, TPE/BPE Manager.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience with security in a Data Center.
    • Experience with Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) in a Data Center.
    • Experience with electrical power in a Data Center including generators and Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS).
    • Experience with a raised floor in a Data Center.
    • Experience with fire detection and fire suppression systems in a Data Center.
    • Experience with Change Management policies, procedures, and software.
    • Experience with Incident/Problem Management policies, procedures, and software.
    • Experience with Asset Management policies, procedures, and software.
    • Experience with Networks, such as LAN/WAN, MPLS, TCP/IP, and SNA.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office.
    • Experience with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
    • Experience with automated job schedulers.
    • Experience with hardware/software maintenance contracts.
    • Experience with Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery.
    • Experience with State and/or Federal government.
    • Experience with distributed servers running AIX, LINUX, and Windows.
