You will
- Own the setup and operation of CNC equipment to deliver precision parts.
- Use drawings/blueprints to determine tooling, programs, and machining paths.
- Watch each run closely and make smart adjustments to maintain quality.
- Perform routine maintenance to keep machines running at their best.
- Verify completed parts for accuracy and compliance with specifications.
- Work with teammates to troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly.
- Uphold safety procedures and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
You bring
- High school diploma or equivalent; CNC technical training preferred.
- Experience as a CNC Operator or comparable manufacturing role.
- Comprehensive understanding of CNC machinery, tooling, and programming.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Knowledge of safety practices in a manufacturing environment.
