Hands-on operators wanted—this role goes far beyond button pushing. You’ll set up, run, and inspect parts on lathes, mills, and CNC machinery to keep production efficient and on-spec. Immediate openings available through Integrity Trade Services.

What you’ll do

• Operate and monitor CNC lathes and mills to achieve daily targets.
• Complete basic setups and make real-time adjustments.
• Interpret blueprints and follow detailed work instructions.
• Measure with calipers, micrometers, and gauges to validate quality.
• Perform final inspections and flag defects or inconsistencies.
• Maintain a tidy, well-organized workstation.
• Adhere to safety procedures and company policies.

What you’ll bring

• Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
• Exposure to CNC, turning, or milling equipment is a plus.
• Blueprint literacy and proficiency with precision measuring tools.
• High attention to detail and solid troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to stand, move, and lift throughout the shift.
• Reliable, strong work ethic.

Schedule & pay

• 1st Shift: 6:00am–2:00pm, Monday–Friday — $18.00/hr
• 3rd Shift: 10:00pm–6:00am, Sunday–Thursday — $18.50/hr
