    Job Summary: The successful candidate will manage the requirements and design of key components of the APG CIM solution, tailored to meet customer implementation needs at R&D labs and manufacturing sites.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with engineering leaders to optimize and drive key decisions related to CIM architecture.
    • Understand core system functionalities and their integration points within the overall architecture.
    • Identify customer pain points and deliver clear, actionable solutions.
    • Assess technological and software security risks.
    • Ensure thorough documentation and communication throughout all phases of project, program, and process development.
    • Guarantee that each CIM release is fully integrated and aligned with project goals.
    Technical Expertise:
    • Deep understanding of semiconductor factory software such as:
      • MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)
      • Equipment Automation & Integration
      • Dispatching & Scheduling Systems
      • Fault Detection & Classification (FDC)
      • Run-to-Run (R2R) Control
      • Statistical Process Control (SPC)
      • Material Handling Systems
    • Proficiency in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and software product implementation.
    • Strong foundation in software fundamentals including design, continuous improvement (CIP), and troubleshooting.
    • Solid grasp of modern data architecture and software security principles.
    • Hands-on experience with:
      • Java development, including Web UI development
      • Atlassian tool stack (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence)
      • Agile development methodologies
    Leadership & Communication:
    • Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to apply industry knowledge to achieve strategic objectives.
    • Proven experience mentoring and leading technical teams.
    • Capable of providing clear direction and maintaining high-quality outcomes throughout the design and implementation process.
    • Strong decision-making and strategic planning abilities.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills with a track record of resolving complex issues.
    • Effective communicator across all organizational levels, with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, understandable terms.
