Responsibilities
- Travel across assigned metro locations to complete on-site laptop and desktop repairs
- Diagnose and resolve hardware issues, including hard drive, motherboard, and keyboard replacements
- Perform unit swaps and repair or replace essential PC peripherals
- Accurately close service tickets in real time using a company-provided smartphone
- Provide professional customer support at client locations
- Maintain organized service records and adhere to company standards
- Manage travel efficiently using your own reliable vehicle
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in laptop and desktop break-fix repairs
- Familiarity with computer assembly and disassembly
- Working knowledge of hardware and basic Microsoft applications
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve routine technical issues
- Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and current car insurance
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with whole unit swaps
- PC building background
- Additional certifications in IT hardware repair
