Computed Tomography Technologist Weekend Premium

License: Licensed Radiologic Technologist Within 12 Months State Licensure required for all INOVA non-Hospital Licensed centers but not required if working onsite at an Inova Hospital. This role will be a Full-Time Weekend Shift: Fridays at Inova Imaging Beauregard, 6:30am- 7:00pm and Saturdays and Sundays at Inova Healthplex 7am- 7:30pm. Identifies errors and takes immediate action for corrections, as evidenced by the EMR and PACS systems as well as the Radiology Information Systems reports.Participates in department/hospital performance improvement initiatives, in-services and meetings, as evidenced by attendance recordsAdditional Qualifications:
• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of radiography. ARRT required.
• License: Licensed Radiologic Technologist Within 12 Months State Licensure required for all INOVA non-Hospital Licensed centers but not required if working onsite at an Inova Hospital.
• Certification: American Registered Radiologic Technologists Must be certified by ARRT as a Radiologic Technologist. Upon Start; Basic Life Support Upon Start; Radiologic Technologist - Computed Tomography Must obtain CT Certification one year upon acceptance of the offer.
• Experience: Prior experience as a Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist and/or Computed Tomography Technologist in a hospital/healthcare environment, preferred.
