    Description

    Become a vital part of a hospital team in Austell, GA as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will accurately follow physician scanning instructions, administer contrast agents, and operate CT equipment to produce diagnostic-quality studies.


    Minimum Requirements:

    • Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program (JRCERT or equivalent).
    • ARRT - Radiography (ARRT-R) required.
    • ARRT - Computed Tomography (ARRT-CT) required.
    • BLS certification required (American Heart Association, American Red Cross BLS, or equivalent).
    • Minimum 1 year of Radiology experience required. Less than 1 year CT experience preferred.
    • Demonstrated competency in CT procedures, patient positioning, power injector use, venipuncture, and radiation dose optimization.
    • Ability to operate CT workstations and transfer images to PACS; familiarity with RIS and teleradiography workflows preferred.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.


    Assignment Details

    • Facility type: Hospital.
    • Shift: Nights.
    • Shift hours: 1900-0700.
    • Shift pattern: Thursday, Saturday, Sunday (night shifts).
    • On-site responsibilities include performing all CT exams per department procedures, contrast administration, image quality review, PACS/RIS documentation, equipment maintenance, and participating in department support duties.
