    Make a lasting difference in the lives of survivors of child sexual exploitation and trafficking at Gracehaven. As a Comprehensive Case Manager, you'll play a vital role in their healing, empowerment, and access to justice.

    ️  Be a champion for survivors:  Advocate for their needs and support their journey towards well-being.

    ️  Deliver trauma-informed care:  Build trust and provide holistic support in a safe and empowering environment.

    ️  Advance social justice:  Contribute to a safer world by preventing abuse and holding perpetrators accountable.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide trauma-informed case management: Build trusting relationships, assess needs, and develop individualized service plans.
    • Empower survivors: Connect them with essential resources, including legal aid, housing support, and mentorship programs.
    • Educate and advocate: Deliver trainings and presentations on child sexual exploitation and trafficking prevention and intervention.
    • Maintain accurate records and data: Ensure client confidentiality and comply with reporting requirements.
    • Collaborate effectively: Partner with various agencies and stakeholders to coordinate care and advocate for systemic change.

    Qualifications:

    • Passion for social justice and a commitment to supporting survivors of trauma.
    • Strong understanding of trauma-informed care principles and practices.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and advocacy skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Commitment to Gracehaven's mission and values.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    1. Bachelors Degree in Social Work is preferred, or an Associate Degree with relevant experience
    2. Agreement with the Central Ohio Youth for Christ and Gracehaven Standards of Conduct and Statement of Faith.
    3. Valid driver's license
