Responsibilities: - Provide trauma-informed case management: Build trusting relationships, assess needs, and develop individualized service plans.
- Empower survivors: Connect them with essential resources, including legal aid, housing support, and mentorship programs.
- Educate and advocate: Deliver trainings and presentations on child sexual exploitation and trafficking prevention and intervention.
- Maintain accurate records and data: Ensure client confidentiality and comply with reporting requirements.
- Collaborate effectively: Partner with various agencies and stakeholders to coordinate care and advocate for systemic change.

Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelors Degree in Social Work is preferred, or an Associate Degree with relevant experience
- Agreement with the Central Ohio Youth for Christ and Gracehaven Standards of Conduct and Statement of Faith.
