Lead Compounder - Join Our Manufacturing Team!

Location: Groveport, OH | Department: Compounding

Type: Full-Time | Reports To: Compounding Supervisor/Manager

Are you a hands-on leader? Kdc/one is looking for a Lead Compounder to oversee the compounding of bulk products and ensure top-tier quality and efficiency in our manufacturing operations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and assign daily compounding tasks to meet production goals and quality standards
• Troubleshoot errors in SAP and Manufacturing Instruction Packets
• Recommend equipment upgrades and process improvements
• Investigate batching issues and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate across departments and support special projects
• Maintain a clean, safe, and GMP-compliant work environment
• Support safety investigations and promote safe work practices
• Complete SOPs, Work Instructions, and documentation accurately
• Uphold confidentiality of sensitive customer and product information

What We Need from You:

• High school diploma/GED with strong math and reading skills
• 2 years of compounding experience in a chemical processing/manufacturing setting
• Experience in pre-weight, processing, or sanitization (preferred)
• SAP experience (preferred)
• Previous leadership experience (preferred)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Working Conditions

• Climate-controlled manufacturing environment
• Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs occasionally
• Exposure to motorized equipment, chemicals, sanitizers, and hot water
• Requires standing, walking, reaching, and use of PPE (hairnet, safety glasses, steel-toe boots)
