Job Summary:
The CC Mold Supervisor is a hands-on manufacturing leadership position with responsibility across gelcoat, lamination, welding, and detailing operations, while driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.
Required Qualifications:
· 3–5 years of proven leadership and supervisory experience within manufacturing or production environments.
· Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite applications such as Word and Excel.
· Demonstrated ability to manage production schedules and project timelines while providing accurate status updates and forecasts.
· Skilled in team leadership, employee development, performance management, and driving accountability.
· Experience implementing process improvements and managing operational change initiatives.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving and issue resolution.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities and resolve production-related challenges in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise and coordinate daily operations within the Mold Manufacturing shop to ensure productivity, efficiency, and quality standards are consistently achieved.
· Assign, prioritize, and monitor workloads for shop associates to ensure projects are completed on schedule and according to specifications.
· Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment by enforcing housekeeping standards and safety procedures.
· Manage employee-related administrative tasks including timekeeping, attendance reporting, coaching, and team support.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and workplace safety regulations across all shop activities.
· Work closely with Engineering, Project Management, and other departments to support production goals, meet project timelines, and ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.
