Component Sales Assistant - BETCO

Track progress of parts and work with other departments to ensure parts are being manufactured and shipped in a timely manner. Communicate issues with manufacturing to make sure orders are made and shipped in a timely manner.

Overview:

Assist customer with service before and after the sale.  Communicate issues with manufacturing to make sure orders are made and shipped in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Give verbal and written quotes to customers by phone and email.
• Enter signed quotes into M2M system as sales orders.
• Distribute copies of sales orders to accounting and manufacturing.
• Track progress of parts and work with other departments to ensure parts are being manufactured and shipped in a timely manner.                                                                                                                                    
• Assist walk-in customers with their questions.
• Schedule customers for pickups and delivered product.
• Contact customers when the product is ready.
• Set up customers in M2M.
• Assist customers when they come to pick up their parts.
• Create travelers for ordered parts in M2M.
• Ensure CRM software is up to date.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• One to three years of previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience.
• Intermediate computer skills required; Microsoft Office.
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally in writing, on the telephone and in person.
