How You’ll Make an Impact

• Execute general and customized assembly tasks to exacting standards
• Conduct thorough component testing with strict adherence to requirements
• Operate power and hand tools effectively and safely
• Support fellow team members across production when needed
• Capture clear documentation of processes and procedures

What It Takes to Succeed

• High School diploma or GED
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Competent in basic reading, writing, and math
• Detail-driven with a strong safety mindset
• Coachability—comfortable receiving feedback and asking questions
• Experienced in electro-mechanical assembly

Work Schedule Options

• 1st shift Monday - Friday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
• 1st shift Monday - Thursday 5:00 am - 3:30 pm
• 2nd shift Monday - Thursday 4:00 pm - 2:30 am

Proficiencies

• Mechanical assembly skills
• High School / GED
• Basic computer skills
