    • Independently conduct compliance testing reviews under director oversight, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
    • Prepare clear, concise compliance testing reports and documentation of findings
    • Track, validate, and monitor corrective action plans and remediation efforts across business units
    • Develop and maintain a compliance monitoring inventory and standards, identifying control gaps and supporting remediation plans
    • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to assess and strengthen compliance monitoring frameworks
    • Apply practical and sustainable remediation approaches to identified compliance risks and conduct issues
