Description
Essential Functions
Assist in executing the Compliance Monitoring and Testing Program to identify and manage compliance risks in the Payments Division.
Maintain knowledge of federal regulations and use the FDIC Consumer Compliance Exam Manual for reviews.
Understand relevant laws and regulations, including Third-Party Risk Management, Electronic Funds Transfers Act, Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, and others.
Conduct detailed transactional testing and analysis to evaluate regulatory risk processes and controls.
Complete test scripts and workpapers accurately with supporting documentation.
Document observations and exceptions clearly, providing evidence for findings.
Communicate proactively with management for updates and escalate concerns promptly.
Support in drafting review findings and reports, ensuring accurate compliance findings and remediation.
Ensure identified issues are logged in the Issues Management system.
Facilitate collaboration with compliance, legal, payments teams, and senior management as needed.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree required.
Licenses/Certifications: CRCM, CIA, CAMS, or similar certifications preferred.
Experience: 1-3 years in compliance testing, monitoring, or auditing within financial services. Familiarity with regulatory environments and compliance assurance. Alternatively, 5 years of relevant work experience.
