    Help protect customers by ensuring the products sold on Amazon"s Store are safe and compliant. As a Compliance Specialist, you"ll identify emerging risks, manage compliance initiatives, and collaborate with business teams to build solutions that keep customers safe. You"ll engage directly with regulators, partner with selling partners on safety standards, and work across legal, policy, and business teams to navigate complex regulatory frameworks.

    • Monitor and analyze product regulatory developments in the United States
    • Develop and implement compliance solutions with business and operational teams, clearing blockers and accelerating progress toward program goals
    • Engage regulators about compliance programs and products sold on Amazon"s Store
    • Advise business teams on emerging risks and lead efforts to devise and execute risk mitigation strategies
    • Collaborate with selling partners to enhance product compliance and safety standards

We partner across legal, policy, and business teams to drive product safety and compliance outcomes at scale.
