Job Overview:
The Compliance Senior Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring that the organization adheres to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of compliance frameworks. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments to identify risks, implement compliance programs, and monitor adherence to regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
- Monitor and assess compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and deliver compliance training to employees and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address compliance-related issues.
- Prepare reports and documentation for audits and regulatory reviews.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the organization.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Professional certifications such as CRCM, CCEP, or similar are a plus.

Pay Range: $45 - $50/hr. W2
