Requirements / Qualifications
The Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District is seeking a dedicated professional to serve in the role of Compliance Officer. We are looking for a collaborative team player with deep knowledge of Uniform Complaint Procedures (UCP) and Title IX compliance to oversee district-wide adherence to state and federal mandates. The successful candidate will bring a well-rounded toolbox of skills to address complex investigations, facilitate conflict resolution, conduct compliance training, and ensure a safe, fair, and equitable environment for all students and staff. This position helps to create and maintain the Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District s commitment to equal opportunity, and fosters a discrimination-free climate in all district programs and activities. Strong communication skills, analytical thinking and a Bachelor s degree in education, public administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience) are highly desired.
