About the department
The Financial Crime Compliance team is part of Global Compliance, which includes more than 100 compliance professionals worldwide. The team helps protect Franklin Templeton from financial, reputational, regulatory, and other compliance risks by addressing Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Anti-Corruption, and Sanctions requirements. Our team is driven by a shared purpose: protecting our clients, our firm, and the integrity of the financial system. We are curious, collaborative, and continuously learning. We value diverse perspectives, encourage thoughtful challenges to status quo, and give team members the opportunity to make meaningful contributions regardless of title or tenure. Our team also heavily focuses on training opportunities, to ensure our team members are given ample opportunity to upskill themselves and stay abreast of emerging financial crime topics.
