    1st Liberty FCU is actively searching for a Compliance Officer Assistant located in Great Falls, MT.     Responsibilities:
    • Support 1st Liberty's Compliance/Audit Director and compliance programs.
    • Perform reviews of credit union transactions and processes for signs of any unusual or out-of-the-ordinary member account suspicious activity.
    • Responsible for reports to the Compliance/Audit Director relative to any required suspicious and/or Fraud activity.
    • Reviewing FinCEN, watch lists, BSA, AML, CDD Alerts in a timely manner and taking appropriate actions.
    • Assisting in maintaining the safety and soundness of the credit union
    • Clerical support for maintaining/reporting proper documentation and departmental backup duties of staff.

    Requirements:
    • Prefer 1+ years of working experience in a related field or with clerical/research experience and basic knowledge of financial institution regulations and compliance requirements.
    • Must be self-driven and professional.
    • Must be detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and like research.
    • Must have exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to process both in/out bound communications.
    • Must have the ability to interpret regulations and disseminate information.
    • Must have critical thinking, planning, multitasking, and organization skills.
    • Must be a team player and be able to maintain confidentiality.
    • Must be flexible in handling multiple tasks and duties as required within the deadlines.
    • Must be proficient with a variety of automated and standard office equipment and Microsoft Office programs, such as a 10-key calculator, copier, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time and have the ability to lift up to 25lbs.
