Our client in the Houston area is looking for a Compliance Manager to join their team! This is direct hire, fully in the office, and has great benefits. 

Payroll Compliance & Reporting Specialist

  • Maintain and update payroll systems, ensuring accurate data entry and recordkeeping.
  • Prepare, review, and submit Certified Payroll Reports (CPRs) in compliance with prevailing wage and labor regulations.
  • Verify wage rates, deductions, and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage compliance databases, including payroll records, wage determinations, and apprenticeship tracking.
  • Archive records in line with audit and retention requirements.
  • Coordinate with HR, payroll, and project teams to ensure timely submission of required documentation.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding payroll compliance and reporting.
  • Monitor deadlines and address compliance issues as needed.
Requirements:
  • Experience with LCP Tracker and Elation required 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience required
  • Bachelores degree strongly preferred
