Payroll Compliance & Reporting Specialist
Maintain and update payroll systems, ensuring accurate data entry and recordkeeping.
Prepare, review, and submit Certified Payroll Reports (CPRs) in compliance with prevailing wage and labor regulations.
Verify wage rates, deductions, and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance.
Manage compliance databases, including payroll records, wage determinations, and apprenticeship tracking.
Archive records in line with audit and retention requirements.
Coordinate with HR, payroll, and project teams to ensure timely submission of required documentation.
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding payroll compliance and reporting.
Monitor deadlines and address compliance issues as needed.
