BENEFITS · Competitive Pay based on experience · Health, Dental, Vision, Pet, and life insurance · Short term and long-term disability · 401k with company match · PTO, Flex time, and paid holidays Responsibilities · Lead product compliance engineering activities for new product development and sustaining engineering programs across the company's electrical power product portfolio. · Own product certification strategy and execution, including UL, CSA, IEC, ETL, and other applicable regulatory approvals. · Manage relationships with third-party certification agencies, testing laboratories, and regulatory organizations. · Interpret and apply electrical safety standards including UL 891, UL 1558, UL 1008, NEC, NFPA, IEC, and other applicable requirements. · Establish compliance engineering processes, design review practices, and product validation requirements. · Manage engineering laboratory operations, including test capabilities, equipment, calibration, safety procedures, and resource planning. · Develop and execute compliance test plans, qualification procedures, and validation activities to support product releases. · Partner with Engineering, Product Management, Quality, Manufacturing, and Operations teams to ensure compliant product designs and successful launches.
