As a Compliance Coordinator, you'll play a key role in navigating the ever-changing regulatory landscape of the lettings industry, helping to ensure the properties we manage meet all legal and safety requirements. Your work will provide reassurance to landlords and tenants alike, while giving you the opportunity to build valuable experience in a fast-paced and evolving sector.

    You'll work closely with our Property Management teams and Office Managers to make sure every home we manage is compliant from the moment it's listed, through to move-in, tenancy, and beyond. If you're detail-driven, proactive, and passionate about doing things right, this is your chance to become a trusted expert in a fast-moving, high-impact role.

    About the role:

    • Reviewing essential property safety documentation, including gas safety certificates, electrical reports and smoke alarm requirements
    • Assisting with the audit of HMO and licensed properties, reviewing licence conditions and helping ensure relevant compliance and fire safety requirements are met
    • Processing Right to Rent checks and monitoring visa expiry dates in accordance with legislative requirements
    • Supporting the team in monitoring regulatory changes and helping maintain accurate compliance systems and processes
    • Support monthly and quarterly audits and spot checks to maintain the accuracy and integrity of compliance data
    • Supporting customer service excellence by helping resolve complaints and improving processes

    This role is based in our Worcester office (WR4) towards the outskirts of the city with excellent transport links from numerous locations. Free onsite parking is provided.
