U.S. Water is a fast paced and rapidly expanding company headquartered in New Port Richey, Florida with a staff of over 950 plus employees in twenty states.SUMMARY:The Compliance Coordinator serves as the general point of contact for processing, compliance documentation, and tracking for water and wastewater systems. Working with the Operators, Project Managers, and other Lead Technicians. Also serves as an environmental liaison between USWSC, clients and environmental consultants and contractors.Position:Compliance CoordinatorMonday through Friday – 8:00am to 5:00pmThis is not a remote positionESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Maintains spreadsheets, updates databases and master tracker for environmental documents.Assists with environmental report preparation, permits, and regulatory submittals.Reviews data provided by the Operator'sCoordinates with consultants and contractors to ensure timelines are met.Receives all final environmental documents and maintains digital and hard copy filing systems.Provides technical support to the Environmental Compliance Manager and Specialist.Processes information requests from customers.Reviews analyses as it arrives for exceedance advisories.Works closely with Operators.QUALIFICATIONSExcellent written and oral communication skillsDetail oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlinesSelf-motivated, able to work in a team and independentlyStrong computer skills including Microsoft Office suiteEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Four-year degree preferred or equivalent experience providing technical support in a regulatory work environment.
