This occurs by ensuring staff members, and client records are in compliance with all regulatory guidelines. This includes assisting management with program compliance and administrative tasks. This position follows the Synergy House Standard Operating Procedures in all day to day operations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This job has no supervisory responsibilities. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two-years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of medical case management and/or experience preferred but not required. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. REASONING ABILITY Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS The employee in this position must have a valid Class E Drivers license. The employee in this position must obtain CPR/First Aid Certification and be a Medical Technician. OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES Must be at least 20 years of age, pass a background check that includes fingerprinting, a drug screen, have a valid driver’s license, proof of car insurance and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that is free of violations that conflict with Synergy’s insurance policy. The employee must be able to use general office equipment, type and have the ability to use computer software, including Microsoft Office. The employee in this position must have the ability to transport up to fifteen (15) passengers in a van.
