Description

Responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support related to health, sanitation, and regulatory compliance across multiple store locations
  • Assist with the preparation, coordination, and submission of required documentation for health permits, inspections, and other regulatory processes
  • Support and facilitate various administrative and clerical tasks associated with health and food safety compliance
  • Coordinate with internal departments, store teams, and external agencies, including local health authorities and health departments, to ensure timely completion of required procedures.
  • Maintain, organize, and track records, reports, and documentation related to health permits, inspections, and compliance matters
  • Monitor deadlines and follow up to ensure timely processing, renewal, and submission of required materials
  • Assist in reviewing inspection reports and summarizing corrective action items as needed
  • Support general administrative functions, including document management, scheduling, and communication

Qualifications / Skills:

  • Associate's degree or higher in Business Administration, Health Science, Food Safety, or a related field
  • Bilingual in Korean and English preferred
  • Previous experience in administrative support, compliance, or the food/hospitality industry is a plus, but not required
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and track regulatory documentation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate professionally with internal teams and external agencies
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
