Compliance Operations Coordinator / Analyst

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to provide operational, administrative, and workflow support to a Supervision team. This role plays an important part in coordinating recurring business processes, maintaining reporting and tracking tools, and ensuring work is completed accurately and efficiently.

The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and comfortable working independently while exercising sound judgment to determine appropriate next steps and resolve routine issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day operational and administrative activities for the Supervision team
  • Coordinate recurring business processes and workflow activities
  • Maintain reporting, tracking, and documentation tools
  • Review information for accuracy and completeness
  • Utilize independent judgment to make appropriate decisions and escalate issues when necessary
  • Work across multiple systems and applications to support business operations
  • Ensure adherence to established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of professional experience in operations, compliance, administration, financial services, or a related field

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including:

  • Excel

  • Word

  • SharePoint

  • Ability to learn and navigate new systems and technologies quickly

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the financial services industry
  • Prior compliance, supervision, audit, or risk-related experience
  • SIE (Securities Industry Essentials) certification or other industry licensing
  • Experience supporting regulatory, governance, or operational processes
