Responsibilities and Duties:
· Support compliance with California CARB Clean Truck Check regulations
· Process and audit equipment compliance documentation
· Manage regulatory compliance workflows within the Equipment Compliance department
· Assist with or coordinate random drug testing notifications as needed
· Monitor and adapt to evolving California regulatory requirements
· Ensure timely and accurate compliance reporting and recordkeeping
· Collaborate with internal teams to maintain regulatory adherence
· Provide ongoing support until IT systems and staffing structures are fully stabilized
· Audit external websites against internal data to verify equipment registration compliance for California freight operations
· Track and maintain accurate records of equipment registration status
· Contact non-compliant BCOs to address and resolve compliance issues
· Attend cross-functional meetings related to IT system upgrades
· Generate and run reports as needed to support compliance activities
REQUIRED SKILLS- Knowledge of in-depth Excel functions including V or Xlookups and Index/Match
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to make decisions independently – must be a self started
- Excellent organization and communication skills
