Compliance Analyst - Insurance Division - BayCare Health Plans

Summary:

• Assists to continuously develop the Health Plan's compliance and ethics programs.
• Plans, develops, and performs reviews and audits to monitor compliance with federal and state regulations/guidance, delegation oversight and internal policies and procedures.
• Identifies root causes of deficiencies, creates corrective actions plans and conducts follow-up reviews to validate adherence.

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience:

• A minimum of five years of Medicare compliance experience is required.

Education:

• Required - Bachelors - Business; Or - Bachelors - Finance; Or - Bachelors - Related Field
