    Overview:

    As our Compliance Analyst, you’ll help drive Concora Credit’s Mission to enable customers to Do More with Credit – every single day.

    Responsibilities:

    As our Compliance Analyst, you will:

    • Maintain working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations affecting our consumer loan servicing business.
    • Maintain working knowledge of our servicing policies, procedures, and processes, including applicable servicing platforms.
    • Review, revise, and edit consumer complaints from government agencies
    • Submit complaint responses to government agencies
    • Identify and analyze patterns and trends with compliance risk, poor customer experience, and opportunities for procedure, process, and training development and enhancements.
    • Communicate with various internal and external stakeholders in the complaint process regarding fact sets, issue identification, issue resolution, and opportunities for operational improvement.
    • Mentor, coach, and provide support to team members and be a role model for peers and junior colleagues.
    • Demonstrate ownership and management of independent workstreams and drive completion of key tasks and deliverables.
    • Assist with complaint reporting and communication of key trends to leadership and Operations.
    • Support and assist with other compliance-related projects and initiatives as needed.

    Qualifications:

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred, equivalent work experience accepted.
    • At least 3 years in the consumer lending industry with experience in investigating and resolving customer disputes and/or complaints. Complaint resolution experience preferred.
    • Excellent written communication skills.
    • At least 2 years of professional work in the financial services industry in banking compliance, with experience in regulatory complaint resolution preferred.
    • Strong analytical thinking ability combined with good decision-making and judgment.
    • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
    • Intermediate to advanced skills using Microsoft Word and Excel.
    • Knowledge of consumer compliance regulations.
    • Ability to work efficiently and productively, with others or independently.
    • Ability to problem-solve based on strong analytical skills in a time-sensitive environment.
    • Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and judgment skills.
    • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
