About the Role:
The Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney role is ideal for a mid-level attorney with 3 to 5 years of experience in business litigation, corporate disputes, and securities matters. This position offers hands-on exposure to complex commercial litigation in both state and federal courts, with early responsibility in drafting motions, managing cases, and participating in courtroom proceedings. Responsibilities:

Handle complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts, including case strategy and execution

Draft and argue motions, pleadings, briefs, and legal memoranda related to business disputes

Manage cases involving contract disputes, business torts, and corporate and shareholder conflicts

Conduct legal research and analysis on commercial, corporate, and securities law issues

Participate in discovery processes, including depositions, document review, and interrogatories

Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategy, trial preparation, and client advisement

Represent clients in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings

Maintain strong client communication and provide updates on case developments and legal risks
Qualifications:

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school

Active bar admission in good standing

3 to 5 years of experience in commercial litigation or business litigation at a reputable law firm

Experience with corporate, commercial, or securities-related legal matters

Strong legal writing, drafting, and analytical skills
