A leading defense litigation law firm with over 1,300 attorneys across 43 offices nationwide, recognized among the top 100 U.S. law firms and certified for its commitment to diversity and inclusion, is seeking a talented Complex Litigation Associate Attorney.This opportunity is available in San Diego, Los Angeles, or Orange County, with a flexible, hybrid working arrangement.Responsibilities Independently manage a diverse litigation caseload from inception through resolutionCollaborate closely with partners and colleagues in a team-oriented environmentHandle all aspects of litigation, including trial preparation, investigation, court appearances, mediations, and depositionsProvide timely case updates and strategic guidance to clients through regular reporting and direct communicationQualifications JD from an ABA-accredited law schoolAdmitted to practice in California3–8 years of defense litigation experience (Personal Injury, General Liability, Catastrophic Injury, or Transportation preferred)Exceptional communication, writing, and interpersonal skillsProven ability to build strong client relationships and deliver outstanding serviceExperience with client-facing responsibilities and managing complex matters highly valuedAbility to integrate into a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentFamiliarity with legal project management is a plusThe firm offers a competitive salary: $165,000 – $210,000 USD (final offer may vary based on experience, education, location, and other factors), discretionary bonuses, and a full-time position with comprehensive benefits, including 401(k), medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance.Interlink Recruitment is an equal opportunities employer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
