HumanHire is partnered with a top ranked Law Firm with offices across the East Coast to add a Complex Insurance Fraud/Commercial Litigation Associate to their growing team in NYC/Long Island. They have been in business for over 75+ years and have over 250+ Attorneys across their office locations nationwide. You can sit out of their NYC or LI office locations when onsite.
We Offer:
Pay: $125-$160K+ Base Salary plus Bonus! (all in estimate $155k - $190k)
Unique Bonus Structure: Up to $30K

Associate Responsibilities:
Lead and support complex litigation matters in state and federal courts from initial case strategy through final resolution
Manage detailed factual and legal investigations, particularly involving insurance defense and healthcare fraud schemes
Draft complex pleadings, motions, memorandums of law, discovery requests, and client status updates
Conduct court appearances, depositions, pre-trial conferences, and oral arguments on behalf of clients
Perform advanced legal research and evidence analysis to formulate defense and prosecution strategies for high-stakes cases
Associate Qualifications:
Minimum of 1+ years of complex litigation experience (insurance and/or healthcare fraud background preferred).
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and active admission to the New York State Bar
