Key Responsibilities:
Handle and investigate medical device complaints and product failures.
Perform root cause analysis and support quality investigations.
Support CAPA, NCEP, and Post-Market Surveillance activities.
Analyze complaint trends and identify potential product issues.
Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams.
Maintain accurate investigation and quality documentation.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in the Medical Device industry.
Experience in Complaints, Quality Engineering, Investigations, CAPA/NCEP, or Post-Market Surveillance.
Technical, scientific, or engineering background preferred.
