Be part of something that makes a difference. ECLARO is looking for a Complaint Investigation Support for our client in Rensselaer, NY.
Our client is a leading biotechnology company turning innovative science into life-changing medicines for patients with serious diseases. With a strong focus on innovation, collaboration, and putting patients first, they’re shaping the future of healthcare.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct product complaint investigations to identify root causes and CAPA opportunities.
- Evaluate batch records for contributing factors within established complaint categories.
- Investigate complaint trend excursions and submit EQMS investigation extensions as required.
Skills:
- QA investigators with root cause and CAPA experience, batch record review, and trending.
- Biologics fill / finish is a big plus.
- Device complaint investigation is a plus.
