About the role:
2-4 years of relevant work experience supporting compensation programs demonstrable understanding of broad-based concepts and administration
Key Responsibilities of the Job:
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify trends to surface issues and opportunities.
Mandatory requirements:
Advanced competency in Excel required; experience with HRIS systems such as Workday or HRSoft, and Data Analytics software such as PowerBI is a plus.
