Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Compensation Solutions Analyst to join our Global Total Rewards Solutions team.
  • This role will partner with stakeholders across regions and functions to support compensation programs, market competitiveness analyses, job evaluation activities, pay equity initiatives, data analytics, and retention strategies.
  • The successful candidate will bring strong quantitative, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively within a complex, global organization.
  • This role offers the opportunity to work on strategic compensation initiatives while helping drive operational excellence and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market benchmarking and competitive pay analyses using salary surveys and external market data.
  • Analyze external labor market trends and provide insights to support compensation recommendations.
  • Partner with Compensation Leaders and HR stakeholders to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Support job evaluation activities, including role leveling, benchmarking, and assessment of organizational design changes.
  • Utilize established job evaluation methodologies and market data to determine appropriate job levels and compensation positioning.
  • Support statutory and non-statutory pay equity analyses and reporting requirements.
  • Partner with Legal, HR, and business stakeholders to ensure compliance with local pay transparency and pay equity regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of pay equity reports and recommendations based on analytical findings.
  • Experience with pay equity methodologies and related compliance requirements is highly desirable.
  • Support retention analyses and recommendations for critical talent populations.
  • Assist with year-round compensation activities, including promotions, salary adjustments, offers, retention programs, and organizational changes.
  • Develop and maintain compensation dashboards, reports, and analytical tools.
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Generate meaningful insights and recommendations for HR, business leaders, and Total Rewards stakeholders.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across compensation systems and reporting processes.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve controls, and enhance the employee and stakeholder experience.
  • Support global compensation projects and annual compensation cycles.
  • Contribute to standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, HR Analytics, Human Resources, or a related analytical field.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience working with large datasets.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data modeling, and reporting.
  • Experience working in Workday (WD) or similar HRIS platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in a matrixed, global organization and collaborating across multiple geographies.

Preferred:

  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation and/or Human Resources certification.
  • Experience with statutory pay equity analyses and reporting.
  • Experience using Visier analytics platform.
  • Experience using Syndio or similar pay equity technology platforms.
  • Experience with compensation survey tools and market pricing methodologies.
  • Knowledge of global compensation practices and pay governance.
