    Compensation Manager

    Top Construction / Professional Services company headquartered on the South Shore in MA is looking to add a Compensation Manager to the team!

    Responsibilities:

    • Continually assess market conditions and pay practices to ensure competitiveness of compensation plans and programs
    • Manage all relationships with external compensation consultants and vendors
    • Monitor existing business conditions and maintain impactful internal stakeholder relationships, internally and externally, and a thorough understanding of the organization's business requirements
    • Manage the documentation of Policy and Program decisions to ensure alignment with laws, rules and regulations and that decisions are made in an equitable manner
    • Leading system testing initiatives to ensure system is configured according to established business requirements
    • Conducting workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on compensation best practices, guidelines, and functionality
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand complex issues which arise, conduct research, and communicate swift outcomes to those impacted
    • Modeling all data proactively
    • Preparing summary reporting during the compensation planning process for all levels of leadership up to and including the C-Suite
    • Communicating clearly and removing barriers to execution
    • Developing and maintaining program plan audit reporting to ensure budgets are maintained
    • Conducting additional program leadership duties and may include larger change management & communication projects based on business goals and priorities

    Requirements:

    • Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Human Resources, or equivalent
    • Understanding of compensation principles, including salary structures, incentive programs, and equity compensation plans
    • Proven experience in conducting market analysis and utilizing market data to inform compensation decisions.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
    • Ability to business partner with a variety of teams, as well as leadership
