Required Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business or related field or equivalent experience
4-6 years of experience in the design and administration of compensation programs
Ability to influence others
Ability to analyze and interpret data
Ability to collaborate with employees at all levels
Ability to work to a high level of accuracy
Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks
Demonstrated problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills
Ability to work within a fast-paced business environment and evolving business landscape
Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
Ability to translate data analysis into clear findings and recommendations
Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to varied audiences
Demonstrated data and financial analysis skills
Significant experience with Microsoft Office products
Ability to make decisions and solve problems under pressure
Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
Knowledge of compensation administration
Knowledge of Fair Labor Standards Act and Employment laws
Demonstrated knowledge of compensation fundamentals including design principles, administration and strategic planning

2+ years of finance and accounting experience
