Description
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Compensation & Job Analyst in Arlington, VA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market pricing and salary benchmarking using compensation survey data and market tools
- Perform job evaluations and position classification analyses to determine appropriate salary grades and pay ranges
- Review and update job descriptions to ensure accuracy and alignment with organizational needs
- Partner with managers and HR to provide compensation recommendations for new hires, promotions, reclassifications, and internal equity reviews
- Research and analyze compensation trends to support strategic workforce planning
- Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding compensation policies, salary ranges, and job classifications
- Assist with annual compensation planning activities, including merit increases, market adjustments, and cost-of-living analyses
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and ad hoc compensation analyses for leadership
- Maintain compensation data and documentation while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity
- Identify opportunities to improve compensation processes and recommend best practices
