Compensation Program AdministratorRequired Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field Preferred Education: Master's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related discipline Preferred Licenses/Certifications: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or related compensation certification preferred Required Qualifications: • Strong compensation program administration experience • Senior-level experience in compensation consulting, compensation analysis, or total rewards • Experience with job architecture, job grading, salary benchmarking, incentive compensation, and pay equity • Experience with job evaluation, job audits, and compensation policy alignment • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Ability to work independently with limited supervision • Strong written, verbal, and stakeholder communication skills Preferred Qualifications: • Experience supporting large-scale compensation projects • Experience with organizational structure changes and special compensation studies • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capabilities Required Technical Skills: • Job Architecture & Job Grading • Salary Market Benchmarking • Sales Incentive Plan Design & Execution • Pay Equity Analysis • Compensation Survey Data Analysis • Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Preferred Technical Skills: • Compensation data modeling and validation • HR analytics/reporting tools • Advanced compensation planning tools Responsibilities: • Administer and support complex compensation programs • Evaluate job architecture, grading, and salary structures • Conduct market analysis and compensation benchmarking • Review compensation actions for compliance with policies and guidelines • Support incentive compensation, bonus programs, and special projects • Perform job audits and prepare job descriptions • Analyze survey data and validate compensation information • Provide compensation recommendations to HR and business leaders • Ensure pay decisions align with company compensation philosophy and compliance requirements**Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.****Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.**
