Pay Range: $38 - $48 per hour, based on experience.
Terrific temporary Compensation and Job Analystrole with a highly regarded nonprofit in the Northern Virginia area. The Analyst will operate as a subject matter expert on compensation and job structuring. Providing job descriptions, compensation analysis, provide pay recommendations, and ensure compliance at all levels.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all job descriptions, compensation, and market evaluations
- Provide analysis for the organization
- Create new descriptions and revise existing descriptions as needed
- Utilize compensation survey results to provide recommendations for compensation decision making
- Partner with other departments to ensure compensation administration
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in HR with at least 3 years in a compensation or job analysis role
- Nonprofit experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus
- Experience using Excel formulas and analytics
- Expertise in HRIS, FLSA, and Federal/State regulations
- Demonstrated track record completing end of year bonus analysis
