Description

Senior Compensation Analyst
Location: Santa Clara, CA
Work Arrangement: Hybrid in Santa Clara with 2-3 expected days in office
Project Duration: 4 month with possible extension or conversion

Summary:

Key Responsibilities

Participate in compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive total compensation information to determine company's competitive positio
Analyze market data on a regular basis as directed and assist in formulating recommendations regarding development of company salary structures, budgets and off-cycle actions.
Prepare special studies and recommendations as directed on subjects such as incentive compensation, bonus plans, sales compensation or stock programs.
Review proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines, policies and practices as needed.
Provide administration support of domestic and/or international programs such as annual compensation cycle, quarterly bonus accrual reporting, quarterly stock usage and tracking.
Create reports to be used as tools by members of the OneHR team and provide analytic support to Compensation Business Partners in support of client needs.
Conduct analytics and build models to inform compensation program design, compensation decisions as well as forecast and analyze compensation outcomes.
Monitor and curate responses to internal employee inquiries via email and ticketing system.

Experience:

3-5 years of experience in the compensation field or related experience with analytic experience outside of HR
Experience with the review and analysis of large datasets

Education:

Bachelor's degree or related experience (quantitative field preferred such as Mathematics or Finance)
