This role partners with Human Resources, Finance, and business leaders to design, analyze, and administer compensation programs that support organizational objectives, employee retention, internal equity, and market competitiveness. This role provides expert guidance on compensation strategies, job evaluations, salary structures, incentive programs, and pay practices while ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

Entry: $28.00 - $35.00 per/hour
Mid: $36.00 - $45.00 per/hour
Senior: $46.00 - $60.00 per/hour
Job Description
Conduct compensation benchmarking, market pricing, and salary analyses.
Evaluate pay equity, internal competitiveness, and compensation effectiveness.
Develop and maintain salary structures, pay grades, and compensation programs.
Support annual merit, bonus, and compensation planning processes.
Prepare compensation reports, dashboards, and leadership recommendations.
Analyze workforce costs and identify compensation trends.
Conduct job evaluations, classifications, and organizational leveling reviews.
Partner with leadership on job descriptions and position design.
Recommend market-aligned pay grades and compensation strategies.
Advise leaders on offers, promotions, transfers, and retention initiatives.
Support compensation initiatives related to growth, reorganization, and change.
Present compensation findings and strategic recommendations to leadership.
Ensure compliance with FLSA, Equal Pay, and wage and hour regulations.
Maintain compensation policies, governance, and audit readiness.
Lead compensation projects, system enhancements, and process improvements.
Support HRIS compensation modules, analytics, and reporting solutions.
Develop compensation dashboards and data-driven decision support tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field preferred.
3+ years of compensation, total rewards, HR analytics, or related experience preferred.
Strong quantitative and analytical abilities.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, and data modeling.
Experience with compensation surveys and market pricing methodologies.
Knowledge of compensation regulations and wage and hour laws.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification is helpful, but not required.
Experience supporting enterprise-wide compensation programs.
Knowledge of pay equity assessments and compensation governance.
Pay Details: $40.00 to $60.00 per hour
